🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Opened or used electronic devices.

Downloadable software or activation codes.

Clearance or final-sale items.

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email us at support@kinfun.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll email you to confirm receipt.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

⌛ Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:

Recheck your bank or card account.

Contact your card provider (it may take time to post).

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit upon return.
Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
