  • Include:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account or purchase
    • Transaction/order ID (if applicable)
    • A clear statement such as:
      “I request deletion of all personal data you have collected about me.”

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgment – We will respond within 5 business days, confirming receipt of your request.
  2. Processing – We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., financial records).
  3. Confirmation – Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with details.

Exceptions

Some data may not be deleted immediately if required to comply with legal obligations, such as accounting, safety, or fraud prevention. In such cases, the data will be securely stored and permanently deleted once retention period expires.
